Job Description

If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join a global full-service creative agency that generates fresh, on-trend, and impactful creative that drives business results for brands across industries.

This London-based role offers the flexibility of remote work, which will transition to a hybrid model in the future.

As a Studio Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Founders and Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Help implement new systems and processes as defined by the Senior Management Team
  • Support with anything to do with the operational running of the studio, outside of project workflow.
  • Liaise with suppliers, including the IT provider, and procure office supplies.
  • Collaborate with project and client leads to manage assets, ensuring timely filing and documentation.
  • Maintain a logical, streamlined approach to information management, including filing, naming conventions, and post-project wrap-up (e.g. case-studies, project plans, mood boards and products or lifestyle photography).
  • Occasionally assist in initial checks on work, such as spell-checking and ensuring feedback points has been addressed, before submission.
  • Manage and update the studio’s social media channels.
  • Tackle ad hoc tasks and projects to support the Senior Management Team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an admin role.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly, confident, and able to build excellent relationships with designers, management, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collaborative, positive, and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience using project management systems, such as Monday.com, Datto, Slack, Zoom, and Synergist, would be an advantage.

Our client is offering a salary of £28k – £32k based on experience + benefits.
