Our Purpose

Jefferson Talent Group is essentially a business transition service. We exist to connect businesses and talent to the knowledge and expertise they need to take the next step forward.

For some it’s about expanding their offering into new markets, while for others it’s merging with a competitor or divesting part of their business to refocus strategy. Whatever the requirement, choices need to be made – and the more informed the better.
