Job Description

Strategic Insights Manager needed for award-winning mobile media and promotions shopping platform, with massive growth potential

The Company

Our client provides FMCG brands with an innovative way to engage consumers and drive measurable in-store purchase, as well as valuable ratings, reviews, and insights.


The company operates across France, Belgium, UK, and the US. It is owned and operated by a leading media and promotions platform in the FMCG space located in Silicon Valley.


The mission of the CX department is to ensure 360’ seamless client experience. They are the guardians of the customer voice and work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class service for both customers and end users.


The Role


Based in London or Paris, you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. Focussing on delivering meaningful insights, advising on the strategy and on building organic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


You will have the opportunity to build and grow the data and insights capabilities of the company. Responsibilities include understanding client business objectives, synthesizing data to deliver actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams on client delivery and ongoing development to expand our partnerships.





  • Evaluate market and customer dynamics and provide insights to build compelling narratives to demonstrate our client’s value proposition
  • Help understand client needs and develop data driven campaign strategies and plans
  • Utilize our proprietary data and analytic solutions to understand campaign performance, develop insights to maximise brand strategies, and build client deliverables
  • Run insights lead initiatives within the sales, customer success and marketing team and provide feedback to improve on deliverables


Required Experience / Skills


*This role is based in either our London or Paris office and requires fluency in both English and French)*


  • 5+ Years of Experience
  • Proven analytical acumen to organize and interpret data and develop insights that encourage action
  • Experience with client leadership including strategic needs assessment, consultative delivery, and relationship building that lead to organic renewal and expansion
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and other desktop software applications
  • Possesses dream to work in a dynamic environment where the work is challenging and the results highly rewarding
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

In return for your craft, our client is offering a competitive range depending on experience of 50-55k per annum plus a 10% of salary annual bonus.
