Calling Senior Account Managers with a B2B marcom agency client service background and experience working with B2B tech clients…

We have an incredible opportunity for you to join an industry leader, a well-known marcom agency that is dedicated to creating innovative marketing solutions for tech clients globally where you will work across a portfolio of hi-profile B2B tech clients.

The role is based in London – hybrid 2 days in the office/WFH split and reports in the Client Success Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Success Catalyst: Be the driving force behind our clients’ success stories. You’ll manage client relationships, craft compelling proposals, and masterfully navigate budgets and timelines.

Strategic Visionary: Influence and shape our clients’ marketing strategies with your insights and expertise. You’re not just a manager; you’re a strategic partner.

Project Maestro: Lead projects with finesse and a deadline-driven approach. Your organization and multitasking skills will shine as you manage diverse projects simultaneously.

Relationship Alchemist: Forge lasting connections at all levels within client organizations, from decision-makers to influencers. Your influence will be pivotal to our success.

Innovation Enthusiast: Constantly push the envelope. Identify new business opportunities and help drive growth for our clients and our agency.

Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of excellence, from impeccable written communication to meticulous attention to detail.

CORE SKILLS:

B2B Marcom Magic: Proven experience in a B2B Marcom agency client service role, especially with tech clients.

Communication Virtuoso: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Your words have the power to inspire action.

Analytical Dynamo: Analytical thinking is your forte, and your attention to detail is second to none.

Project Wizard: Organized, a Master of Project Management.  Multitasking is your middle name.

Language Extraordinaire: Fluent in English, and proficiency in one or more European languages is a distinct advantage.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £ 43 – £50k based on experience, plus benefits.
