Job Description

If you are a performance-driven Paid Search/Paid Media Specialist with multi-platforms experience, strong on LinkedIn and Meta, and with a B2B background – this is for you!

This is your opportunity to join an impressive B2B Tech Content Marketing Agency and impress!

The role is based in London and is a hybrid office/WFH split.


  • To help build, manage and report on client media projects.
  • Day-to-day researching, planning and buying media to support ongoing projects (both programmes and campaigns).


Strategic Media Planning:

  • Dive into day-to-day research, planning, and buying media for both ongoing programs and campaigns.
  • Fuel campaigns on live paid media platforms – think LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Twitter, and beyond.

Innovation Hub:

  • Ignite the in-house spin-cycle, driving ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI with fresh initiatives and ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right message hits the right client prospects at the perfect time.

Performance Excellence:

  • Steer reporting, conversion rate optimization, and testing across key platforms for unparalleled client outcomes.
  • Work with the data analytics team to create insightful monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports.

Collaboration & Networking:

  • Build strong relationships with agency partners and vendors, amplifying our performance and expanding our service offerings.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes, announcements, and developments in the paid media ecosystem.


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media programs.
  • A quantitative mindset with a strong grasp of digital marketing best practices and campaign structures.
  • Flair for managing data sources across platforms, turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Digital native familiarity with B2B industry methodologies, channels, toolsets, personalities, and opportunities.
  • Ability to proactively respond to feedback and build methods that drive client success.
  • Juggle multiple clients and campaigns daily, maintaining focus and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, showcasing strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Our client is offering a salary of £45 – 50K based on experience, plus benefits.
