Job Description

Are you a Junior Paid Search/Paid Media Executive looking to take that next step?

Do you have experience working with LinkedIN and Google Ads, working with B2B clients, and come from an agency background?

This is your opportunity to join a growing team at a top global marcom agency and WOW!

The role is a hybrid – 2 days in London office/WFH split and supports the Paid Media Lead.


Ideation and Growth

  • Proactively suggest new ideas and areas for growth, constantly pushing the boundaries of Paid Media capabilities.
  • Investigate accounts, identify best practices, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Campaign Management Mastery

  • Set up and manage accounts and campaigns across a diverse range of platforms –  LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Bing.
  • Demonstrate your ability to create new accounts from scratch, seamlessly activating campaigns and integrating them with other platforms and channels.
  • Effectively manage pacing and ensure budgets are spent efficiently to maximize ROI.

Client-Centric Approach

  • Take ownership of smaller clients, building strong relationships through weekly calls and delivering exceptional service.
  • Assume responsibility for the overall output of client reports and reviews, providing actionable insights and recommended optimizations.
  • Connect the dots between paid channel performance, client numbers/targets, and other marketing channels.

Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration

  • Stay on trend by sharing knowledge on channel and industry updates, ensuring the team is always up-to-date.
  • Actively participate in cross-team projects, contributing your expertise and enthusiasm to drive collective success.


  • Experience in LinkedIN Ads & Google Ads essential
  • Experience in one or many of PPC, Programmatic or Display
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Confidence in presenting results and new ideas to clients and team members.
  • Eagerness to develop and learn new processes


  • Experience in crafting multi-market media strategies.

For this Paid Media Senior Executive role, our client is offering a salary of £30 – 35k based on experience, plus benefits.
