Job Description

Award winning integrated marketing agency for global B2B tech brands is looking for a Head of Creative.

You can be either an Art Director or Copywriter, doesn’t matter as long as you love coming up with big ideas.

Either way, you’ll be a curious, collaborative and strategically sound problem solver who brings brands to life.

As Head of Creative, you’ll lead the Creative Department and take responsibility for the quality of ideas and deliver on commercial objectives.

Your ambition will match your passion and you’ll help grow the agency’s reputation for original, exciting creative campaigns and brand ideas.

As a member of the agency Senior Leadership Team, you will be the advocate for creativity, promoting the importance of creativity in everything they do.

You’ll have a good mix of B2B and B2C experience and having worked on technology brands is a big plus.

Where you work is entirely up to you! Fully remote or hybrid working, your call.

 

The role:

  • Building and leading a high performing Creative team – including art direction, design, copy, content, and motion
  • Working closely with senior creatives to ensure consistently high standards and seamless execution of ideas and concepts
  • Taking ultimate responsibility for the performance of the creative team – quality, efficiency, productivity
  • Taking a strategic view of the department, including recruitment, team structure, resources and processes – ensuring that it continues to grow and develop in line with the Agency needs
  • Leading on creating campaign and brand ideas for our clients and new business prospects
  • Ensuring that the team is producing ideas that are consistently creative, distinctive, and effective
  • Working closely with the Strategy and Planning Team to help define and articulate creative strategy
  • Ensuring the optimum utilisation of the Creative and Content team – reporting on agreed KPIs on a monthly and annual basis
  • Being a member of the agency’s Senior Leadership team, attending and reporting at bi-monthly meetings, delivering a Board Report, implementing agreed actions, and working closely with other members of the team, with the aim of achieving the agency’s goals
  • Continually reviewing and ensuring the development of team performance, including personal development, skills and expertise, productivity and efficiency, and overall growth and improvement in line with changing agency needs
  • Leading recruitment for the creative team in line with a strategic plan – including identifying and profiling key roles, recommending talent when appropriate, interviewing, and deciding on final appointments
