Job Description

An award winning global design consultancy is looking for a designer whose experience covers packaging design, brand identities and digital activations.

You’ll be passionate about all things design, including digital and print, and possess the craft and brilliant thinking needed to build iconic and memorable brands.

From concept through to the final design, you’ll be working across different industry sectors, including FMCG, B2B, Healthcare and Hospitality.

This is a hybrid role with just one day required in the office (but of course, you can go in more if you want to).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing designs in line with the client brief and alongside the guidance of the Design Director and/or Creative Director on the project, conceptualising various routes to produce exceptional creative work
  • Taking responsibility of reviewing quality assurance and design specifications over the course of a project
  • Based on client briefs, you will be sourcing, creating, and researching assets relevant to the work, including image searching, designing bespoke visuals, and overseeing photography briefs
  • Leading the creative delivery on client projects and working together with a team of middleweight and junior designers, supporting them throughout a project



What you’ll have done:

  • You have worked on both digital and print focused client briefs and are aware of best practices across both mediums
  • You have experience working on the design for brands of all sizes, from global corporations through to start ups
  • You have strong experience (at least 4-6 years) in creating packaging design, brand identities and digital activations
  • You love to push the boundaries and maximise creative where the opportunity arises, but also understand how to remain in line with a client brief
