Job Description
Award winning global design consultancy is looking for a consumer focussed creative director.
This top 10 design agency needs a CD whose expertise lies in branding, who’s able to create outstanding Brand Identities and then take that new look and feel (or existing) across a whole plethora of comms like digital, motion, social, print and retail. Even t-shirts and mugs!
They want a CD who thinks BIG.
Who fully understands the value of assets and storytelling across various touchpoints.
You’ll have experience working not just on local and national brands, but global brands too.
You’ll be working with the ECD to help drive the agency forward, help improve their already high creative standards.
And if you’re one of those CD’s who just can’t sit still, who is pro-active and has a curious nature, you’ll fit right in!
This is a really important hire for them and they’ll be looking for someone who:
Is consumer focussed and knows how to deliver beautifully crafted work underpinned with strategic thinking.
Can execute big ideas and lead a team of talented creatives.
Build and redefine brand worlds across multiple touchpoints including digital and motion.
Bring craft, storytelling and strategic intent into everything they do.
Play a key role in new business pitches as the creative lead.
You’ll be reporting in to the Global ECD and he will expect you to be:
Able to make quick and smart decisions.
Understand how big ideas relate to brand success.
Comfortable communicating with internal teams and clients.
Keeping multiple workstreams on track.
Part of the agency’s Leadership Team.
Helping with new business, recruitment and helping shape the future of the agency.
In return for your considerable talent, you will get between £120-125k a year, flexible working, 26 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays, pension scheme of which the agency contributes 5% of your salary, private medical insurance, Life insurance, an annual bonus and much more!
