Job Description

Due to continued success our client is now seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter who is looking to make the step up to Head of Copy or someone who is a Head of Copy or Creative Director with a couple of years’ experience in the role.

 

As Head of Copy /Creative Director we would like you to nurture the designers and lead copywriters to produce outstanding work that helps deliver results, whilst also being supported by all other departments including strategy, client services and tech.

 

Please note as much as this is a leadership position you will be expected to create and write copy yourself as well. So this is still a very hands on role.

 

Below is a snap shot of the day to day expectations that would be required:

 

  • Ensure that the creative work fully meets and exceeds the brief.
  • Edit and provide close feedback on copy and messaging approaches.
  • Set the conceptual creative direction for each project by means of conceiving and expressing robust creative strategies; partner with the Content Strategist for insights.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the client’s brand identity guidelines and practices.
  • Is an experienced contributor with project leadership responsibility.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to guide the client through the complexities of creative conceptualizing, production, and delivery.
  • Ensure local creative articulation and an understanding of the customer.
  • Consistently tell the brand narrative in a tangible way by ensuring that creative / copy aligns with the brand strategy

 

Please note that this Head of Copy/Creative Director role is based in Singapore. Therefore, we are seeking someone who is not only based in Singapore but understands the localisation and nuances when it comes to engaging with local markets.

 

In return for your skills and experience as a Head of Copy or Creative Director our client offers a competitive salary ranging between S$155-165k plus benefits.
