This role reports into the Senior Account Director and has one Account Manager report.
The role is based in London – hybrid – 2 or 3 days a week
ROLE PURPOSE
To strategically lead the day-to-day business relationships with clients, helping them to position their brands across multiple touch points and consumer journeys (from brand identity, packaging through to motion, activation and experience).
CORE STRENGTHS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Natural leader with the ability to strategically lead and build strong client relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and needs, including their product/service, goals, motivations, pressures, and challenges to assess and tell them what they need in terms of optimal brand positioning
- Highly confident with the ability to build trust quickly
- Excellent communication skills and skilled at guiding the conversation, advising on what the client needs as well as identifying new opportunities for organic growth
- Progress account and project activity, identifying and solving any potential issues proactively
- Bring strategic insight to client conversations and re-focus creative teams and clients with strong negotiation skills
- Manage client expectations in relation to budgets, timelines, and project objectives
